Terms and Conditions

There will be a few documents that will need to be signed before any rental of an ATV / UTV from Trailhead ATV Rentals LLC  by the renter. The documents will be retained by Trailhead ATV Rentals LLC along with a copy of your Drivers License and copies can be provided to the customer upon request. All operators of the vehicles must be at least 21 years old. We secure this information and will not provide it to any other individual or organization.

There will be a $1000.00 security deposit ( in the form of an authorization on your credit card) for each ATV/UTV rental for the rental period that will cover any incidental damages to the ATV/UTV. If there are no damages the security deposit will be returned in 3 to 5 business days (depends on the processing time by the bank).
